This an example of the fleet of Ferris mowers that we use.  We outfit the mowers with a grass bagging system to give your lawn the well-manicured look you want.

This is a Toro Dingo, we use it for post holes, moving earth, picking up pallets of rock etc.,it has a bucket, and forklifts when needed.  A great all purpose machine.
